Sullivan spoke about a pending lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security to release the names of six unidentified people arrested by federal agents in New Hampshire.
Sullivan praised New Hampshire's Right to Know Law, but lamented what he sees as recent steps backward at the federal level.
Saad said he would always retain a copy of his requests in case anyone disputed what date he filed the motion, and said, "You can be overly broad. List exactly what you're looking to know."

Sullivan said when the Union Leader Corp. asked Homeland Security for the names, it was turned down.

Robinson said he has debates with his son about the disclosure of information, but even with different backgrounds, the two find agreement on the public's right to know.
